Lisa is a Human Resources Senior Certified Professional with over 25 years of experience as a strategic business partner and leader in both non-profit and for-profit global organizations. Her career has been marked by impactful roles where she has served as a catalyst for positive change and organizational development.
Previously, Lisa has held senior human resources roles with Arrow Electronics, Compassion International, World Vision United States, as well as served four years in Cyprus as the Regional Human Resources Director for the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia Regional Office for World Vision International. Just prior to joining GFN, Lisa was the Organizational Development Consulting Services Manager for Employers Council. She holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
