Giselle is an accomplished leader with more than 15 years serving people facing food insecurity in Africa and South Asia, while also supporting broader food systems transformation.
She joined GFN in November 2025 from Land O’Lakes Ventures37, where she most recently served as the Group Director of Growth and Partnerships. At Venture37, Giselle was on the Executive Leadership Team, helping to grow the organization’s global portfolio, shape programmatic and funding strategies, and evaluate and improve socially impactful programming. First and foremost, Giselle supported a sizable network of agricultural cooperatives largely made up of small-scale farmers facing food insecurity. Outside of the United States, Giselle has lived and worked in India, Tanzania and Zimbabwe. She is currently based in Boston, Massachusetts (U.S.).
