Micaela assists with all aspects of GFN’s communications strategy and coordinates projects with Network food bank staff to support their marketing efforts. She brings a background in social media management, health promotion, and environmental education. Prior to GFN, she worked with the Rose Foundation for Communities and the Environment, Food+ by Compass and various nonprofits in the food systems space. She holds a Bachelor of Science in nutrition from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
