Ardita provides crucial support to GFN’s growing team and brings a wealth of human resources knowledge. Before joining GFN, Ardita worked in an HR generalist capacity for over 10 years, most recently with the American Bar Association and at NDI, a global democracy NGO. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Oakland University and a master’s in business administration with a concentration in human resources from Walsh College. Ardita enjoys connecting and helping people through talent acquisition, training and development, benefits administration, and employee relations. Outside of work, you can find her traveling, spending time with family and friends, and learning new things.
