The Situation
Some 250,000 poor children in Bogotá are not covered by any government-assisted school meal program.
GFN’s Commitment
To help alleviate the child hunger problem, GFN will work with the Bogota Food Bank to:
- Provide food to agencies that prepare meals and deliver them to schools
- Deliver food directly to some schools for on-site meal preparation.
