Egyptian Food Bank Makes Significant Advancements in Alleviating HungerThe Egyptian Food Bank (EFB) is working aggressively toward achieving the goal of creating An Egypt Free from Hunger by 2020 - it's part challenge, part inspiration, and part dedication. EFB also works to fight hunger throughout the Middle East and North Africa region and Pakistan. With EFB support, new food banks began operations this year in Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, and several more in the region are currently in development. Read More >>

Focus on Child Hunger and Malnutrition
As a global network, GFN is working hard to identify innovative programs and develop models to share across borders, allowing food banks to reach more children and families. The BackPack Program is one of those solutions and a demonstration of a global community working together to create better responses to hunger.
